Glow Recipe

juicy fruit candy in tinted glass

Glow Recipe packages skincare as fruit candy: each product sits in a soft-shaped tinted glass or plastic vessel coloured to match its hero fruit (Watermelon Pink #f3a6b5, Blackberry Violet #b06ee0, Cloudberry Orange #f7900a, Guava pink, Plum mauve). The only graphic on the body is a small white square label with the tracked geometric wordmark and the product name in widely spaced monospaced capitals, so the coloured pack does all the work. Rounded, faceted and gem-like bottle and jar shapes, tints that fade from solid at the shoulder to translucent at the base, and caps matched to the body hold the range together; lip tubes skip the label and print the wordmark tone-on-tone.

Typography

Suggested visual alternatives, not confirmed brand typefaces. Any scale below is an illustrative estimate.

The wordmark is small and sits at the top of the white square label; the product name below it is the main read but still small, set in widely tracked monospaced capitals over two or three lines and spread to the label width. There is no large type on the pack body.

Range System

Each fruit-led line owns a body colour that matches its hero fruit, applied to the glass or plastic and cap; label, type and placement never change.

  • Watermelon Glow = watermelon pink
  • Plum Plump = mauve jar and frosted lid
  • Blackberry Retinol = violet gradient bottle
  • Cloudberry = translucent orange faceted jar
  • Guava = coral round bottle
  • Prickly pear and PDRN pads = magenta

Back of Pack & Shelf

Vessels keep the back clear or carry a second small white label; full copy moves to the outer carton, which repeats the fruit colour with directions, INCI and legal text in small black capitals.

  • Directions for use on the carton side
  • Full INCI ingredient list
  • Short fruit-and-active story line
  • Barcode and batch code on the carton base
  • Period-after-opening symbol, recycling and refill notes

On shelf

On shelf the range reads as a row of glowing tinted shapes, pink through violet and orange, with an identical white square at the same height on each, so colour and silhouette do the sorting.

Imagery

No illustration on pack; campaign photography surrounds each product with heaps of its hero fruit, glossy and close-up, on a matching colour background.

Guidelines

Do

  • Tint the whole vessel in the colour of the product's hero fruit, cap included.
  • Use soft, rounded or faceted gem-like bottle and jar forms rather than straight cylinders.
  • Fade the tint from solid in the upper 60% to translucent at the base on glass bottles.
  • Carry all front text on one Sugar White (#fbf9f8) square label about 45% of the vessel width.
  • Set the product name in widely tracked Headline mono capitals naming fruit, active and format.
  • Keep the wordmark smaller than the product name block, in the tracked Label face.

Don't

  • Don't print large type or the wordmark directly on the glass body.
  • Don't use clinical white or amber apothecary bottles.
  • Don't add illustrations or patterns to the label.
  • Don't mix colours within one product; one fruit, one colour.
  • Don't use dark, muted or metallic finishes.
  • Don't use rounded corners or coloured grounds on the label.
